I work Monday to Friday 9-5PM, play tennis regularly and hang out with friends regularly.

I am very clean/tidy and clean the house head to toe every Sunday.

Mon-Fri arrangement preferred but will consider a full time let.

I have priced the rent at a very low rent, as I'm more interested in getting a really nice house mate than money.
