Spacious room with garden and parking

Hello!
Our names are Angela and Andy and Paz! We are looking for someone to rent a room - Angela and Andy are off bike packing from the middle of September so this will for 98% of the time be sharing with only Paz. Paz is a mechanic who works night shift so it's really essential whoever is staying will be respectful and quiet during the days as far as possible! There is however plenty of space for you to still live normally during the day.

We are looking for someone who is open, honest, clean and tidy and are up for some banter from time to time.

Your room is a double room, with drawers, shelving, table, chair, mirrors. electric blanket and clothes rail. There is also a wall mounted bike rack if you have a bicycle you need to store. It's situated opposite the bathroom and at the back of the house (so is really nice and quiet and away from the road)

The shared spaces -

Kitchen - newly fitted kitchen with oven, induction hob, slow cooker, coffee machine, blender, dishwasher, washing machine (and dryer, but we try to keep use of it to the minimum). Fully equipped as both of us are quite keen cooks/bakers.

Living room - includes patio doors which open onto a large private garden, TV, and a home gym (bench and free weights and straps) which you're welcome to use.

Bathroom - newly fitted with a shower over bath style suite
