Hello! There is a lovely double room available in our warm, relaxed place. Perfect for someone who enjoys a calm and tidy home.

About the flat:
- Bright double room with space to make your own
- Cozy living area which is perfect for reading or a quiet night in
- Fully equipped kitchen.
- Close to green spaces, the sea, cafés, and a 2min walk to the bus stop. The property also has a car park if you need as well.

🌸 About me:
I love being outdoors when I can. Long walks, fresh air, sunshine and when I’m home, I like to unwind with a book or a bit of quiet time. I’m not much of a party person, and I really value a peaceful, clean space to come home to.

🕊 About you:
You’re friendly, considerate, and like keeping things clean and tidy. You enjoy a calm home, respect each other’s space, and maybe don’t mind sharing the occasional chat or cup of tea.

Council tax is included in rent but gas and electricity is not. The extra normally comes to around £50 in summer and £100 in winter due to heating.

We have a great relationship with the landlady who is lovely and if anything needs a fix it will be completed very quickly
