One bedroom available in large house on quiet leafy cul de sac. Room has a double bed with use of own bathroom with bath/shower.
Very spacious shared living room, fully furnished, shared kitchen with all amenities.
Wi-fi, on street parking, garden.
House is only 5mins walk from Dalmeny rail station, bus stops and leisure centre with swimming pool. Easy walking into Queensferry quaint main street and foreshore with it's excellent selection of bars, restaurants and amenities. Only 15mins by train to central Edinburgh. Easy access by road into the Highlands, and handy for the airport.

Mature professional sought as housemate, ideally with some interest in sports and healthy living but not essential. I'm looking for a Mon-Fri arrangement or will consider a full time let if the right person comes along. Please get touch if you are interested.
