House on beach - room to rent

My flatmate is moving out on the 8th of January - I am going to rent the room out a further 3 months. Its a dining room with a partition wall put up and a door - it makes a good sized furnished single room, comes with bed - shelves, and chest of drawers. The window looks out on to a garden with a vast variety of birds, rabbits , hares, deer, foxes, pheasants.

There is a living room with flat screen 50 inch tv , well equipped kitchen.

The bath room has a bath and separate shower sink and mirror , shaverpoint

theres no carpets just bare floorboards as its right on beach , and I have a cat and a dog

Dog and cat friendly, will demand petting and attention.

My 6 year old son stays twice a week, and visits for dinner on Thursdays, hes a nice wel mannered kid.

Im a 40 year old self employed electrician, busy and out most days, I have a cleaner who comes in 3 hours per day mon to friday, she cleans does washings etc and takes the dog out.

I dont drink or party - very quiet place ideal for meditation, walks, etc - just looking for mature person to share for a few months
