Nice bright ensuite room in historic house

I have a room to rent in my lovely house in Torphichen . The room is en suite, bright, quiet and comfortable. It has a nice white metal double bed and optional desk and chair, as well as small sofa. There is also huge Sony TV if that's something that would be good/useful, but it does not have to reside in that room.

I am looking for a really pleasant person to share my house - someone who sees living with a toddler and a baby a nice bonus! We're neat and tidy and not super noisy :)

I love cooking, music, and art and am fairly sociable, however due to childcare responsibilities I am not socialising hugely right now; I'm looking for someone pretty calm who feels like settling in to country life for a while.

Bills for the room come to £200 - I charge a portion of the council tax and gas/electric (roughly a quarter of the household bills).
