I have a double large room available to let out in a nice and cosy house. Double room which come with double bed. shared bathroom downstairs. Downstairs is a shared kitchen. . Electric/gas will be shared between 3 rooms.

Tenant must bring own duvet pillows and bedsheets

Local train station is uphall station which is a 2 minute walk as the street across the road from it

Would prefer somebody professional and 1 months deposit is payable on entry and rent is payable either 2 weeks in advance on move in date or monthly whichever suits.

Local to post office and shops and short drive from the motorway and Livingston shopping complex and many eating out places.

No living room as is used for person storage.

Smart tv in every room

There is no livingroom access but kitchen will have dining area and can be happy to provide another tv in there if requested
