Due to work and other commitments I am looking to rent my double room.

The room has a king size bed, and memory mattress and is furnished. Rent is £695 pcm including all bills - fast speed internet, council tax, gas and electric etc.

The home is a modern 2 bedroom maisonette, clean and tidy with great facilities. There is a live-in tenant already here in the single room, so you would be sharing with 1 female, so a female for this room is required.

The location of the property is great, and an easy commute to Edinburgh, there are frequent buses from right near the property, into the city or a train from Linlithgow. Driving to Edinburgh airport is 15 mins to give you an idea.

Located in WInchburgh, which has some supermarkets, a gym, a lovely park, great walks and a marina and is very up and coming.

The Pentlands hills, which you can see from the living room, are on the doorstep and we are close to all amenities in the upcoming area of Winchburgh.

The house is fully furnished and feels nice and cosy. Ideal for someone who doesn't have a lot of 'stuff' and wants a nice space to live in short term.

The property has great WIFI, a nice shower room, central heating and a nice private garden.. please note it is a shared bathroom. (Not an en-suite)

The other tenant is a professional who works in the week and often travels away. She is great, welcoming and really easy to get along with. She reads a lot, loves chatting but also likes own company and respects space, and likes the great outdoors and exploring Scotland.

This house would suit a quieter student /professional who is also down to earth and prefers a quieter space to live in, so if you are into partying most weekends and want to bring people back to the property, unfortunately, this is probably not the right place for you.
