Room to let with female housemate in quiet residential street near Hall Green train station. Close to the 1, 6, and 11 bus routes.

Female preferred but not essential. Can accommodate couples if required.

Shared living room, kitchen, bathroom, garden. I have one little cat who is very charming.

Living room furniture, television, PS3 and PS4 all present already and am willing to share.

Off-road parking with very large drive.

Rent is inclusive of bills and council tax, which I have on Direct Debit.

Friendly neighbours who I get on well with on both sides.
My current housemate is moving out as his parents have bought him a house.
