Room Available Acocks Green

I have a room available in my home, it is a good sized single room in Acocks Green/Olton area. Furnished with bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table.
Clean and tidy house with a shared bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, relaxing living room and garden. There is super fast broadband and have Sky TV and Netflix.
Smokers welcome but outside only, no smoking inside the house please.
Parking is available outside the property which is located in a quiet cul-de-sac.
The house is close to local amenities, shops within a 10-15 minute walk as well as the train station and bus stops into Solihull and Birmingham.
I am a live in landlord, my name is Chris and I’m 41 years old. I enjoy cooking, walking, socialising, watching tv and films.
I am looking for a housemate who will be respectful and considerate of my home. I would prefer someone who is employed rather than a student or unemployed.
During the week I am out at work full time and tend to have relaxed evenings watching tv.
