Well designed double ensuite in a super stylish retro house....the housemates are friendly. The room has it's own desk, minibar, sofa and ensuite. Great transport links.

Newly refurbished, the house has a modern kitchen, cinema room and lovely big sunny garden with BBQ. To share with other professionals.

This house is retro and fun. All the rooms are huge and they each have a bedroom and separate living area/ study plus an en-suite shower, minibar, TV, comfy sofa, good storage and a large desk. There are even thoughtful touches like blackout curtains and de-mister mirrors.

As you would expect, we have got all the basics covered. There is high-speed wi-fi, loads of hot water, the best showers and regular cleaning etc

The shared areas are pretty much like a relaxed hotel. There is a cinema room, with a sound bar and blue tooth so that you can watch whatever you like.

The kitchen is modern and designed for six, and we even have a dedicated a space for members to share books and games!

The house is a short walk to either Acock’s Green or Spring Road train stations. From there it is 10 mins to Birmingham New Street, 6 mins to Solihull and 1 minute to main bus routes. Very close to the local shops and bars.

Other housemates are professional members working in interesting jobs. It is run as a Hip Home Club and as a club we like members to refer their friends, and to help us to choose new members.
