A nice 3 bedroom property with driveway and parking. Very quiet and close to many nice parks and solihull. It will be myself (36m) happy for male or female as long as they are clean. Room is fully furnished with a brand new mattress. A gym in the garage free to use. Parking space for up to 4 cars. I am a muslim so prefer muslim only for the ease of convenience. However if you are non drinker and dont eat pork you are welcome to stay . Finally i do have 2 kids on the weekend who will be at the property from time to time. They do not stay but a few hours every weekened. Any questions feel free to ask.
