The flat is 45mins to city by bus and 15mins by car . I”m a working professional so it will nice to also have a working professional but students are also welcome so long as they can afford the rent .
Rent is £685 all bills included including wifi .
A deposit of £685 is also required .
The flat is very close to social amenities, like GP, Aldi, Morrison and Asian shops and also surrounded by lots of restaurants and fast foods . There is a bus stop in front of the flat for easy commuting .
Please the flat is available to only non-smokers and no pets are allowed .
Couples are also not allowed please .
