Working part-time

Anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to:

Excessive noise, shouting, or loud music
Aggressive, threatening, or intimidating behaviour
Harassment of neighbours or other residents
Criminal or illegal activity
Persistent visitors causing disturbance
Damage to the property or communal areas
Drug-related activity
Any behaviour that results in complaints from neighbours, the local authority, or other residents

Applicants must be willing to maintain a clean and tidy living environment, pay their rent on time, and treat the property with respect. Mutual respect, consideration, and good communication are expected from all occupants.
