This is a beautiful and spacious home with loads of co-living space - it's never busy or crowded. We are looking for tidy, sociable, respectful professional to join this beautiful home. The available room has a double bed (but is for single occupancy) and a Juliet balcony overlooking the green.

There is a wonderful, quiet, relaxed atmosphere in this clean and tidy home with welcoming, sociable and friendly housemates. There's no reason to hide away in your room with super housemates and loads of space.

The remaining double room is spacious with juliet balcony overlooking the green. It has a triple wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside drawers and shares a bathroom with only two other female housemates.

The patio garden is ideal for summer BBQs or just relaxing in the sun with a good book and a glass of wine as the sun beams onto the patio and conservatory in the afternoons and evenings.

This is a no smoking home.

You will need a deposit of £490, a non-refundable £150 rent in advance at the point of reservation, renting references and a uk homeowner guarantor (but don't worry, I provide all the documentation). Occasional working from home requires a small supplement (similar to the tax rebate often claimable).

The property is fully licensed with Birmingham City Council as a HMO, so you can be assured that all the necessary safety and amenity standards have been met.

I am a considerate landlady who is a fully Accredited Member of the National Residential Landlord Association (NRLA) and Midland Landlord Accreditation Scheme (MLAS).
