Gorgeous single room in family home

Single room for rent within a 3 bedroom family home, in a lovely village location, close to M54. Home is clean and tidy, and is to a good standard, with all amenities. Includes all bills, but does not include meals, however, you are free to use the facilities to cook your own, as long as you clean up after yourself lol! I am looking for a 'professional' person, who will respect my home, the same as we do!
