Double Room In Lovely Flat In Allesley Village

I have a double room for rent in a flat in allesley village. the flat has an existing tenant who rents the other bedroom and has been there for six years. he is often away on business so you will mostly have the flat to yourself. The lounge and bedroom are south facing and the flat has a balcony off the lounge which is lovely to sit out on. it overlooks a grassed area. the kitchen and bathroom are shared. I am not providing broadband or a tv licence if you require those you will need to sort. I have however, included all other bills. I did spend thirteen years living in the flat and love the area. I am looking for someone who will look after the flat and treat it like their home. there is on street parking and the local bus stop in the city centre or Birmingham is at the bottom of the road - less that a minute away. there are a few shops in the village and a couple of pubs.
