Bedroom has a large built in wardrobe and large desk with draws and cupboards too.

Kitchen, lounge and bathroom are already furnished. There is a garage below for extra storage too

The term ideally will be for 6-7 months: April/May 2020. But potential to keep going if needed and open to offers.

All bills will be covered in price. Can negotiate a little lower on the monthly amount if needed.

Flat is within walking distance to bus routes to Coventry, Warwick, Leamington and Birmingham.
