Single let’s only no couples.

We are looking for Mon-Friday, but we are happy for Sunday night to Friday if needed.

Room will include:
- Bed / Mattress (Quilt and pillows provided but own can be brought)
- Wardrobes / Drawers
- Side Tables etc.
Live in landlord, so the house is always clean and tidy. We will be looking to rent one of our spare rooms out.

Bedrooms including sky super fast broadband. Kitchen includes everything you would require such as oven/hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle/toaster, George Foreman etc.

All bills included, such as electric, water, broadband, council tax etc.

No minimum / maximum durations. You are welcome to use the property as if your own while you are here.

The property is near to a pub (New Spires), chemist, shops, chip shop and Chinese takeaways. Parking is available on the front drive with 4 spaces available.
