Room to rent in Allesley village

I have a room to rent in my flat in Allesley village. The room is fully furnished with plenty of storage space.
I have Wi-Fi broadband. The flat has a washing machine and tumble dryer. The bathroom has a shower fitted. There is a locked, watertight shed outside if you have a bicycle/motorbike or need storage for items. The parking is on street but the area is quiet so there is no problem I have been here 10 years and its been fine. The flat is about 100 metres from the nearest bus stop - the bus takes you into Coventry city centre in about 10 minutes. My most recent lodger had been here two years and only moved with his job. I have a horse so I am out a lot of the time.
