Hi my name is Alan. I am a very easy going busy professional. I have a large semi detatched house in a nice quiet area of Coventry. Upstairs bathroom, dowstairs toilet, 2 living rooms with Tv's and wifi, large kitchen and extensive garden with summerhouse. I have my 19 year old daughter staying one night in week and Saturday evenings and sunday day. The double room has a king size bed and is fully furnished. The Jaguar cars leisure club is 300 yards up the street and a OneStop supermarket is approx 7mins walk from the house. .The Bus stop to the city centre is across the street. The house is approx 3miles from the city centre. The room will be available from the 1st of Sept as my current tenant of 3 yeas is moving back to Italy with a job promotion from Amazon. .Any further info needed please do not hesitate to ask.
