Newly decorated double room

This is a non-smoking house with broadband in a safe and pleasant area, very near junction 2 of the M42, and close to the village centre with a few shops and pubs.

Two cleaners come weekly and clean the whole house. The house is secure with a Ring doorbell. Each bedroom has a lock too.

The kitchen is quite basic, but it is clean and tidy and it has everything you will need. There is a separate laundry area with a washer dryer.

Ideal for a professional person to join a clean, tidy and friendly house, which is nicely decorated throughout. It usually goes to the first person who comes to visit.

The bedroom has a blackout blind, TV aerial point, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The room could accommodate a small desk too, if you wished.

I am a live in landlord but very polite, considerate and approachable kind of guy.

Rent includes all bills. Looking for someone clean and tidy - not someone who just says they are when they’re clearly not! 😆
