This is a really nice, non-smoking house with meshed fibre-optic broadband in a safe and pleasant area very near junction 2 of the M42, and close to the village centre with a few shops and pubs. The house is secured with a Ring doorbell camera.
The kitchen is quite basic, but I keep it clean and tidy and it has everything you will need. There is a separate laundry area with two washing machines, and a tumble dryer in the kitchen.
Ideal for a young professional person to join a clean, tidy and friendly house share. It usually goes to the first person who comes to visit.
There are no pets in the house. I am a live in landlord but quite laid back and good fun, don't worry!
