This is very big victorian style house. I live upstairs with my family . There are 2 big rooms downstairs. One is occupied and the other one is to let.
I just come downstairs to use kitchen only . So , kitchen will be shared between me, the other current tenant and the one which will move in.
The bathroom and living room are downstairs and will be shared by you ( the new potential tenant) with the current tenant only. So only 2 people will share the bathroom and living area.

It’s near to city centre , just 15 min by bus so students from BCU and Aston university and professional working in city centre can find it easy to commute. Bus stop is the stop for 33,51 buses so no need to wait for only one . All grocery shops are nearby.
Tesco and Witton train station are just 20 min away by walk . One stop is 15 min away from here. Asda and other outlets are in one stop.
Broadband speed= 500 mbs
Friendly and clean person is required. We respect privacy of others .
Rent is £550 including all bills ( council tax, water bill , internet bill, and energy bills).

For couples , its £650 including bills
The current tenant has lived for 2 years and now she is moving out because of job relocation.

The other tenant has been living with us for 4 years and 7 months now.
