Two good sized, newly decorated, furnished double rooms will be available in a house in Balsall Common from end May/beginning June 2013 The house is semi-detached and consists of 3 double bedrooms of which two are available. The third, smaller bedroom which is used by me.
In terms of communal/shared areas, there is a light, comfortable lounge and a fully equipped kitchen/diner. A new bathroom is currently being installed and re-decoration is taking place (hence the availability date). The house also benefits from a garden with patio area and off-road parking for three cars.
Council tax, Water, Gas/Electric and Broadband bills are included.
In terms of location, the house is ideally situated for Solihull (10-15 mins), Birmingham (30 mins),Coventry (25 mins)and Warwick University (20 mins). There are good transport links including a bus service to Solihull and Coventry and a train service to Birmingham and Coventry from Berkswell station (5 mins drive). A frequent train service to London runs from Solihull station and Birmingham Airport is just a 15 minutes away. Easy access to the the M42 is within a 10 minute drive.
Balsall Common village is an approximate 10 minute walk and has the usual local amenities (shops, petrol station, restaurants/takeaways) and there is a lovely local country pub within walking distance (5 minutes).
I am a 40 year old professional. I am friendly, down to earth and have a good sense of humour/fun. Iam looking to share my home with people with similar qualities. I tend to work away from home quite a bit so will not always be around.
