We are looking to let a room full or part time (cost can be reduced depending on number of days). On a monthly basis. There is one resident and child most of the week and 2 adults 1 child on the weekend aged 5. House trained pets welcome. Use of communal facilities welcome but room also has its own bathroom and kitchen and separate desk space as part of shared office (so you don't have to work in your room all day!) First floor level (of 3). garden and parking included. Storage room and garage for bikes or long term storage items. Own large freezer in garage. Bills included. Communal spaces not photographed.

We are a laid back and friendly house and seek a generally sociable and relaxed person. Short term lets happily accepted. Partially furnished. Kitchenette whitegoods will be purchased ahead of move in. Additional furniture items will be provided.
