The Lickey Hills are also a couple mins away for those of you who love to get out in the countryside.
I live in a very quiet and friendly cul-de-sac.

The room is a medium sized double with a built in wardrobe.
The room is currently an office but it will be furnished.
The flat is decorated nicely and is modern.
The price will be inclusive of bills and internet.
I am a friendly person and would like to find a professional, fun and friendly person who wants to live in a nice area yet will be respectful of my home and want to have a nice relationship with each other as I will be having to work from home at times.
