Professional female housemate sought to share my home and potentially look after the property when I am away.

A double room is available to let in this attractive Victorian terraced house in the heart of Bearwood, sharing with one other female. (owner of the property).

The house has been fully furnished to a high standard with all mod cons (including a TV in the lounge, superfast fibre broadband, washing machine, microwave and fridge freezer).

Rent is inclusive of all bills - council tax, water, electric, gas, and broadband connection and TV licence

Excellent bus services into Birmingham city centre.

Would suit young professional aged 30-50 (sorry no students. Non-smokers only).

Must be OK with rabbits (who live in the garden).

Minimum contract term is 6 months. One months rent is required as deposit.
