The rooms are large and lovely .The house is 2 mn away close to all the transports to town and shops. There is a direct bus to Birmingham University.
I am looking for a friendly, very clean and respectful person who really likes a peaceful living ! ( This is a studying environment with visitations limited as much as possible to weekends or school holidays)
Each room contains a double bed, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. You would share a sitting room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with separate shower, a downstairs toilet and a small well maintained garden.
