Would you be interested in my all female houseshares for young professionals in the best part of Bearwood, which is a nice safe area of Birmingham. This house is close to the Hagley Road for its excellent bus services to the city centre just over a mile and a half away. This house is close is within easy walking distance to a gym, bars, pubs and restaurants, and the local shopping centre in the Bearwood Road.
I have a good sized double room available immediately. The basic rent on this room is £230 per month, bills are not included, but estimated to be in the region of £100 per month (in the winter). The room contains a wardrobe, chest of drawers, a double bed and chair. You would be sharing the sitting room, kitchen, containing cooker, fridge freezer, a washing machine, and microwave, a bathroom including bath, separate shower, toilet and washbasin, and there is a small maintained garden.
