Single Room in Bearwood - garden view :)

Lovely single room which will suit both a student or a young professional.

The house is just off Bearwood Road, very close to all bus's stops to city centre, QE Hospital and Birmingham University and high street shops. There is a Swimming Pool centre just at the end of the road as well.

I am looking for a friendly female student/professional who likes a peaceful living and pets - there are two cats in my house!

My daughter is a student at different city, so a lot of the time it is only me in a house.

You would share a sitting room, kitchen, bathroom and a small well maintained garden.

Virgin Broadband and all bills are included for a full time student. Otherwise there is an extra 20 pounds for Council Tax per month.

Oh, by the way, I speak English and Russian :)
