Share a whole house. 15 mins to bham by train

I am a live in landlord looking for a new flatmate to rent a furnished double room in my house. I am looking to share with one other woman. You wont need to bring any furniture. It would only be me and you and you would often get the house to yourself.

I do have a cat who is very quiet and friendly.

I work from home so the house needs to be kept very clean and I wont allow big parties or lots of people over.

You will get the house to yourself when I go away for weekends and i am usually quite busy in evenings so this would suit people who like their solitude.

There is an attic room with a bed for our guests to stay and the train station is only a 5 min walk from the house.

I am selling the house so it will only be available until the house sells but this may be a year from now.
