Welcome to Bilston, the hidden gem of the Black Country.

Are you a single professional or student/medical student looking for a safe, luxury, very modern home, where there aren't too many people and you can have the feeling of space and quiet? Do you want new, modern and don't want the cost of renting a 1 bedroomed apartment? This could be for you.

I am Suzanne, home owner and live-in landlord of a beautiful new 3 bed, 2 living room, modern detached home on the Countryside Properties Village, Stonefield Edge. I am not new to being a live-in landlord and successfully shared my previous home back in Chichester for several years to PHD students.

My partner has his own house nearby, he'll only ever be in the house when I am there, usually 2 weekends a month and mowing the lawns, bless him.

Stonefield Edge is a very sort after, luxury, purpose built new village, it has fabulous access to the M6 Junction 10 both North and South, easy quick commute to Wolverhampton by car or tram (36 minutes to Birmingham) and there's also the train station at Coseley (4 mins drive away) with free parking and bike racks, which takes you to Brimingham New Street or Wolverhampton. It's a real hidden gem here, with trees, fields and a nature walk to Morrisons and Lidl on your door-step

This is a very lovely, friendly and clean neighbourhood filled with professionals, lovely families and with huge wide avenues. It's very very quiet and yet in the middle of everything. I am lucky to know both my neighbours and that provides a lovely ambiance and a feeling of community, which is rare in a new build village

The room is for one person only, no couples, children, visiting partners nor pets. There are no other rented rooms in the house.

Your new rooms (yes, youre getting two private rooms!) both overlook the garden, South West facing. The bed is a brand new slat sprung 5ft bed, new high quality mattress, two mirrored side draws, white wood shutter-blind and padded curtains.

What's unique about my letting, is that you will also have your own seperate modern dressing room with white double PAX IKEA wardrobes with sliding door, two huge drawers on each side), dressing table/study desk with drawer and three other glass fronted storage cupboards above. This means you have two rooms to yourself and your own private bathroom too. A real luxury.

Your bathroom is non-shared, comprising of a lage bath and overhead shower which can be unhooked, vanity fitted off the floor under the sink, plenty of hidden storage, mirror and extra built in shelving in alcoves above the bath. Amtico weathered oak flooring.

The whole house is modern and the shared area downstairs is a large open plan kitchen/living/diner with 5 ring gas hob, washing machine in utility cupboard, dining tables and chairs, two big sofas.

The shared space is full of light with a huge bank of windows across the whole width of the back and three huge skylights. The sunsets are spectacular with uninterrupted views.

Security is provided by coded key fobs and two hidden security cameras, one at the front and one at the back overlooking the garden. My neighbour also has cameras to the side, so it's really secure here. Locked side gate with rubbish and recycling bins.

The back garden is partly walled, very big, mostly laid to grass, faces South West and the view and sunset are not directly over looked by other properties. You can sit in the garden, undisturbed and see the trees and the geese migrate overhead too.

Across the road is the beautiful canal and you can easily walk to Bilston Metro Tram/Bus Station in 20 minutes (leisurely walking speed) or 11 minutes by bicycle and the same time to get to Coseley train station.

Bolt Taxi App works very well here too in case you need alternative transport. They've always picked me up at either Bilston or Coseley stations never waiting more than 6 minutes.

There's WIFI from EE at a very good speed, there is no TV in your rooms but you're very welcome to bring one, you'll just need a Firestick to access TV channels. I use a Firestick in mine as I only watch Netflix.

I have my own living room at the front of the house and it's under my bedroom, it allows us both to have space!

There's off road and on road parking for your car, should you need it. And safe storage for your bicycle, should you have one.

The rental fee includes: your Council Tax fees (which is under Wolverhampton County Council, Band D) Broadband, Water, Electric and Gas.

The house is rated a Energy Efficient A, the ambient temperature rarely goes below 17 in winter and that's without the heating on, it will always be warm and snuggly, no drafts and mould!
