The home is clean, tidy and spacious with off road parking and is situated on a nice, quiet and friendly estate within the Bilston area.

The preference is for an individual who firstly has respect and accountability hence will be trustworthy and responsible in regards to maintenance of the home and its properties along side paying rent on time. You should be clean, hygienic and self aware alongside careful and considerate.

Cleanliness is next to Godliness hence something I can't emphasize enough, so if you honestly know your are not the tidiest of individuals please avoid wasting both of our time as I doubt that this would be the space for you.
