Double room with it's own bathroom with shower available in Binley on a relatively new estate, close to Jaguar Land Rover, UHCW and 10mins from the city centre by car. On street parking in quiet close.
Looking for an easy-going, house-trained professional. I work in fitness which means I often work early mornings and evenings, but like to relax at the weekend. I'm clean and tidy but not in a Monica from Friends way!

I live with my boyfriend who works from home most of the time. He sometimes works away 2 days a week. He is super chilled. We love good food and having a laugh. I sometimes cook for friends; Sunday dinners, BBQ’s in the summer and I bake also. Everything centres around food tbh!
Still good friends with previous lodgers and have enjoyed food and film nights but also respect the need for space etc.
