New Build Property less than one year old. Good size bedroom with side table including storage. Use of the fitted storage under the bed is welcomed for storing belonging . Three bathrooms; downstairs , upstairs (bath and shower) and also ensuite(however ensuite will not be available).

The use of study room is also welcomed which includes a wifi printer.

Good size kitchen with built in appliances; Dishwasher, fridge (ample space) and washing machine.

Good size living room with Sky Q TV, broadband and 55 inch TV on wall.

Parking space outside on drive is available, and also on street parking.

Personal work commitments:
I sometimes stay at my partners, however whilst i am away i am easily contractable via call or text and if you require any assistance during your stay i do have family close by to assist in any way.
