I am looking for someone to rent spare room in my family home. My 3 bedroom house is fully furnished. There is a washing machine and a dishwasher. Rent would include the use of everything (except the phone). I have broadband connection. I do have 4 small dogs so not suitable for anyone who doesnt like dogs. The room at this price is only available on a Monday to Friday basis. Please note a deposit will be required.
