We've got a single room to rent in our 5-bedroom house. All bills are included. There's a 10MB broadband and a big garden with a drive. Kitchen and bathroom are shared. We are all working full-time. We have a small Shih Tzu, Alfie. He is completely harmless and loves company.
We are looking for someone who works and isn't very noisy. STUDENTS ACCEPTED.
Easy bus route to City Centre and a direct bus to the train station. 5-10min from town (30min walk).
Very close to Coventry University.
The cost of the room is £320, plus returnable deposit of £150.
