I have 1double bedroom available in my townhouse, the room is furnished with a double bed, bedroom furniture and is on the middle landing at the front with a shared middle landing bathroom. It has a built in wardrobe. Everything is immaculate as it is in my own home.

My house is immaculate and full access is available to the kitchen and lounge area, i work away although my partner she works and lives in Coventry and lives at the house with our bedroom on the top floor, privacy is respected and of importance she stays at her family at weekends and other lodgers who have stayed longer term have become friends as we and she is easy going and will make sure everyone feels welcome .

There is a garden and dedicated parking spaces at the rear with space outside as well, the cost per month is £400 inclusive (No bills to pay) with a £300 bond payable which can be split over a couple of months and will be returned upon leaving. Sky Wi Fi/Broadband is standard within the house and is unlimited usage, Sky Q is included and own box.

The room is ideal for someone who works away from home and who wants some comforts when away, there is access to a bus into the city centre and the train station is 5 minutes by car and the M6/M69 and A44 to Nuneaton etc are 5 mins away. The JLR research plant at Whitley is only 5 minutes away if not less. By car it is ten minutes to a number of places like Leamington Spa, Kenilworth and Rugby. There are dedicated parking spaces at the rear.

The room is available now and viewings are no problem to arrange with my partner being there.
