The room will be available from 9th of December 2021.
I am a female homeowner and work as a doctor. I live in the home with my son who works 3 days a week from home rest of the week he works from Ayelsbury.

The room has a double bed and includes a study table, a side table and a spacious chest of drawers. The room has a spacious closet with shelves and hanger rail. A television is included with the room along with a television connection. Broadband internet available with no download limit and all bills are included.

A large bathroom is directly across the hall. It has a large bath and electric shower free for use. The downstairs kitchen has a separate fridge and a freezer reserved exclusively for lodgers and will be shared between you and the other female lodger. Dishes, cutlery, cabinets and cooking equipment are provided for the lodger's use. Washing Machine and Dryer are available for use. The conservatory has a large dining table with a view of the garden. The back garden is always available to use.

The neighbours are friendly and quiet and the neighbourhood is stunning. The house is a 7-minute walk from the Warwickshire Shopping Park with many stores such as M&S Food, Outfit, Asda Home, Boots, Morrisons, PureGym, etc. The estate is very well served by bus routes. Bus stops are a 3-minute walk away and frequent buses are available to the City Centre, University Hospital Coventry & Warwickshire, Coventry Train Station, Coventry University and Rugby.

Rent will be £400 per calendar month. This includes bills and a parking spot.
