Aston Brook Green Student Accommodation

My friend and I are former residents of this property but since we are moving away we are looking for new tenants to take over our contract.

The area is surrounded by other student houses and is within a walking distance (10 mins) from the city centre and BCU and Aston University.

All bills are included in rent apart from gas and electricity and that is another 10£ (approximately) per month.

There is a garden in front of the houses which you can see on the pictures.

We are considering short term lets but if you are willing to stay for the whole year, the rent is 240£ per month from October.
