Double Room in Moseley

The house is spacious and a five minute walk into the centre of Moseley. The 50 bus goes passed the house with a 10-15 minute journey into town depending on traffic. Tenants have access to a large garden and their are parking spaces also.

We can only offer a short term let as the property is on the market to sell and is expected to go through in the coming months. Likely to sell 3-6 months but not certain.

There are two bathrooms, one equipped with both a bath and shower and the other with a shower only, and two toilets between a total of 2/3 tenants.

All bills are inclusive, including council tax and internet.

All tenants are working professionals and provide evidence of this. They keep all areas clean and tidy and any new tenant would be expected to do this also.

I intermittently stay in a room on the ground floor and I'm always reachable and responsive to any issues tenants may have through text. Family lives close by to help with any issues also.
