This is a supported housing property for people who are finding themselves homeless.

Many of our clients / tenants come to us because of break up relationship , loss of jobs , family breakdown, or they may have issues with substance misuse and other mental health issues. We provide support to help them back to independent living. You will be expected to engage with a support worker and the 25 pound per week charge is a service charge which you pay to us from your benefits on top of what is paid to us from the DWP for housing benefit.

You will be assessed via the telephone and in person and benefits checked before being offered a place in this property.
