It’s walking distance to yardley wood train station and buses into Solihull and Birmingham city centre
Would have free use of kitchen which includes washing machine and tumble dryer.
I am relaxed to live with and easy to get on with and would like someone similar. I would expect whoever lives here to clean up after themselves as I’m sure they would me.
