1 Room for Rent in Family Home

Hello, I am Rosa and I have one room in my house which I would like to rent to preferably a female student or professional. Newman University is very close, as well as the University of Birmingham and Queen Elizabeth Hospital. Both of which are one bus away (the stop being conveniently placed at the end of the road!). so this is ideal if you are student there.

This is a family home and living with me is my son who is 23 years old and is also a student on his final year, as well as two cats. So please be conscious of this if you have any pet allergies or are not a cat person (they are very friendly).

The house is very cosy and is always kept very clean. You will have your own room, furnished with bed and wardrobe. The dining room and living room make excellent work/study areas. You will also have your own fridge/freezer and access to cooking appliances. You will have to cook yourself, but I am happy to help if needed!

The rent price will include WiFi, TV and all other amenity costs. One month deposit is required.
