The rent for the room is fully inclusive i. e gas, electricity, water, council tax and wifi. References will be required rent is payable monthly in advance and a despots of one months rent would be required.

Weekly cleaner for communal areas.
There is off street parking available.
Bus top is just a five minute walk, with the local bus on the main commuting route to the city centre.
Benson Tram 5 mins walk 12 minutes commute to city centre.
