Two Large Double Rooms Near Broad St & Five Ways

One furnished double bedroom is available in a three bedroom flat just a few minutes walk away from Broad Street and Five Ways train station. The room comes with a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, cabinet/drawers, and a chair. There's a large living room, bathroom and a kitchen with two fridges.

You'll be living with two relaxed and social professional males. I'm looking for people to share the flat with who are clean, considerate and pays their rent & bills on time. The bills (Broadband, Council Tax, Electricity & Gas, and Water) are less than £100 each in winter, and are cheaper again for the rest of the year. There's a weekly cleaning rota to keep things simple.

There is free on street parking from 6.45pm to 7.45am, and there's also 24 hour free parking a few streets away.
