Description
Stunning large double bedroom in a clean and modernised Victorian house available for a lodger. You will be living with 2 other people and a dog in a friendly, non smoking, gay, European household. The dog lives on the ground floor only. There are 2 bathrooms one of which will be mainly for you to use. The house is reasonably large so if you would want to chill out by yourself you could do so. However we would be happy to have a chat anytime. We try to keep the communal areas clean and so should you. You should be tidy and you do need to clean your room/shower room yourself regularly and help putting the bins out. If you're used to other people cleaning up after you please do not apply.
The bedroom is already furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, a cupboard, a desk and chair, a TV screen and WiFi. If you're interested drop us a message and tell us about yourself (what work you do, hobbies, working hours, when you would like to move in...) and we'll take it from there. You will need to be in full time employment and provide:
2 references (employer, ex landlord)
Proof of ID (passport, driving licence or ID card)
The deposit is a month's rent which will be held by the owner.
