En-suite bedroom in the Chinese Quarter to rent

Hello,

I'm looking for someone to take over my room as I'm moving out soon.

It is en-suite with a double bed and fully furnished.

All bills are included with fibre internet (150+ Mbps).

The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge, freezer, washing machine) and the living room is shared with the current roommate who is 25 and a professional.

The flat is located in the Southside complex, in the middle of the Chinese Quarter with a 24/7 concierge and many pubs and restaurant at a less than 5 min walk. There is a very nice gym just in front as well.

I'm looking for someone who's friendly and easy going.
