Comfortable double room, furnished, WiFi, bills

I have a spare room available for in a two bedroom house in Stechford, Birmingham.

The room includes a king sized bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside lamp and desk with TV. It's a clean and comfortable room with minimal, light decoration and is perfect a single person.

There's one shared bathroom with the landlord and a shared living room and kitchen as well.

I work full time Monday to Friday and I'm often home in the evenings and occasionally around during the weekend.

The house is well located: 9 minutes by train into the city centre (12 minutes walk to the station) and 6 minutes to the airport or an easy bus/taxi journey.

Couples can be considered for an additional cost of £15 per week.
